NdFeB magnets have different grades depending on their magnetic properties, such as N35, N45, N52, etc .When you design the Nd magnets .you can select the corresponding magnet grade according to the request of magnetic force and working temperature .
2.Working temperature of NdFeB magnet
NdFeB magnets are particularly affected by the working temperature .Nd magnets have maximum working temperature from 80℃ to 220℃ for different grades .For example. The grade N52 magnets have maximum working temperature 80℃. The grade N30AH magnets have maximum working temperature 220℃. The Nd magnets can lose magnetic force after used over the maximum working temperature .
3.Coating of NdFeB Magnet
NdFeB magnets are easy to get corrosion .So they are plated with nickel .zinc or epoxy.Nd magnets with silver surface are plated with three layers those are nickel-copper-nickel.
